Join the Chamber for golf and fundraising - date to be determined - 2018. We will be at the beautiful Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club.

The event includes a fun day of golf, followed by dinner and an awards ceremony. It is also a fundraiser for Harvest Compassion Center, Packages From Home, and the Junior Golf Association of Arizona.

Founded in 1983, the Junior Golf Association of Arizona (JGAA) is a non-profit organization that introduces Arizona’s youth to the game of golf and helps junior golfers develop golf and life skills through competitive programs and tournaments. In addition to developing programs at schools and assisting Arizona golf courses with their junior programs, the JGAA conducts more than 100 programs and activities, including etiquette clinics, tournaments, and college prep seminars throughout Arizona each year. The JGAA awards two scholarship funds annually to high school senior members of the JGAA for their college education – the Tres Arnold and the John Wolfinger Memorial College Scholarships. The JGAA’s strong belief in teamwork and cooperation continues to guide the organization and is instilled in all of its members. Learn more about JGAA at its website.

Since 2011, the Harvest Compassion Center has been serving guests throughout the Valley. Operated with a staff of volunteers, the food and clothing bank meets the needs of individuals and their families who may be going through a hardship.
The HCC strives to be more than just a local food bank, it’s your one-stop shop! It is set up like a mini-mart, where guests are able to shop and choose their desired food, hygiene products, baby item, various home products and clothing FREE of charge. We are open to the general public and provide service to anyone living in Arizona, as there are no pre-qualifications or appointments ever needed.

Developed in 2012, the Packages For Hope program seeks to aid veterans who are in transition, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.  Packages From Home works directly with the Arizona Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Buckeye Outreach for Social Services (B.O.S.S.), and other local veterans outreach experts to provide food and hygiene items to veterans who are in need.
