The North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce 29th Annual Charity Golf Classic will be held Friday, April 24, at Moon Valley Country Club. The event is chaired by Alex Nelson, of Glass Now, LLC, and will benefit a long-standing community organization – March of Dimes Arizona Chapter.

2015 Benefiting Charities

Our 2015 Golf Classic Event will benefit the March of Dimes Arizona Chapter.

A Little About The March of Dimes:

The March of Dimes is improving the health of moms and babies in our community and throughout the state.
 
In local communities across the country, they are helping moms take charge of their health, and supporting families when something goes wrong.  The March of Dimes also acts globally; sharing best practices in perinatal health and helping improve birth outcomes where the needs are the most urgent.
 
They are reaching moms with information on having full-term and healthy pregnancies.  Professional education and medical resources on topics like premature birth and birth defects are helping health care providers better support their patients.
 
Their NICU program was developed to help babies that have been born too small, too soon, or with a medical condition that requires intensive care.  The NICU Family Support program assists families during their baby’s time in the NICU and also educates NICU staff about the best way to support babies, families, and each other.  The program is currently implemented in over 120 NICUs across the country.

Exclusive Hole Sponsors – $500
  •  ·Hole sponsors will be given a tee sign with their logo and displayed exclusively at the tee-off area of one hole.
  • ·Sponsor’s name will be on display in tournament registration area
  • .·The Hole Sponsor package also includes lunch for (1) one.
Share-A-Hole Sponsors – $300
  •  ·Hole sponsors will be given a tee sign with their logo and displayed at the tee-off area of one hole. The hole will be shared based upon number of sponsors.
  • .·Sponsor’s name will be on display in tournament registration area.
  • ·The Hole Sponsor package also includes lunch for (1) one.
Beverage Cart Sponsors – $300 (only 4 available)
  • Beverage cart sponsor will be given a banner with their logo attached to the side of 1 beverage car for theduration of the event.
  • Sponsor’s name will be prominently on display in tournament registration area·Awards Luncheon acknowledgement of contribution.
Prize and Raffle Donation Sponsors
  •  All sponsors who provide donations of gifts, prizes, services, gift certificates, etc. will be recognized for their contributions at the Awards Luncheon.
Promotion and Advertising Items
  • Any individual or company who would like to donate items for 150 golfers to be included in the golfer’s goody bags are encouraged to provide such items by April 1, 2015. These items are always a big hit and a sure way to get your company some inexpensive exposure.
